Dr. Bonnie Gelly graduated from Saint Louis University School of Medicine and completed her residency at St. Louis University School of Medicine Department of OB/GYN and Women’s Health.  Dr. Gelly joined Southern OB/GYN right out of residency and has been with the practice since July 2007.   

Dr. Gelly is eligible for and currently pursuing certification by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.  She is a member of the Clinton County, Southern Illinois and Illinois State Medical Societies and is a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. 

Dr. Gelly’s special interests of practice include preventative women’s healthcare & routine screening, wellness & fitness, healthy eating and exercise and all aspects of  obstetrics and gynecology.     

Dr. Gelly and her husband, Aaron, have two sons.  They enjoy farming, golfing, swimming and tropical vacations.
