Megan Schniers, CNM

Megan Schniers, Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM), joined SOGA in 2018.  She sees patients in Breese, Greenville and Highland, Illinois and her special interests in practice include treatment of post partum depression, adolescent care, obstetrics, and natural childbirth.  

Megan graduated from Chamberlain College of Nursing in St. Louis and then went on to study Midwifery at the University of Cincinnati.  She received both her midwifery degree and a Master Degree in Nursing in 2017.  In 2020, Megan completed a certification in the care of women with post partum depression. Prior to becoming a CNM, Megan was a Labor and Delivery nurse for several years.  

As a member of the American College of Nurse Midwives, Megan works to promote women's health issues and women centered care.  

Being a mom of two active sons, Megan enjoys spending time with her boys hunting, fishing and being outdoors.
