Schedule An Appointment
SOGA now offers our patients the option to request an appointment through our online Appointment Form. Once your appointment request is submitted, the SOGA staff will confirm whether or not your requested date and time are available via email. Patients can also use the Online Scheduling link to book their own appointment.
