Jennifer Shopinski, CNM
Jennifer Shopinski, Certified Nurse Midwife, joined SOGA in July 2024. She has been a CNM for 13 years. She sees patients in our Breese location. Jennifer’s special interests include adolescent care, women’s health & wellness, family planning and routine & high-risk obstetrics.
Jennifer received her Associate’s degree in Nursing from Kaskaskia College, Bachelor of Science in Nursing from McKendree University, and Master of Science in Nursing, Nurse Midwifery from the University. Prior to completing her Midwifery Certificate, Jennifer worked as a Labor and Delivery nurse for 10 years where she also worked as an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant.
As a member of the American College of Nurse Midwives, Jennifer works to promote health and wellness for all women throughout the lifespan.
Jennifer lives in the country with her husband, Tim, and their 2 teenage daughters. They love spending time outdoors, going to sporting events, and playing with their goldendoodle “Grandpa”. She is so happy to have joined the SOGA family.
