Sara Grotefendt, WHNP
Sara Grotefendt joined SOGA in January 2020. She sees patients in our Breese, Greenville, Troy and Highland locations. Sara’s special interests include all aspects of obstetric and gynecologic care.
Sara graduated from University of Missouri-Columbia with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She received a Master’s Degree in Nursing and her Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner degree from University of Cincinnati. Prior to becoming a WHNP, Sara was a Labor and Delivery nurse and served as an OB Educator for several years.
Sara is board certified with the National Certification Corporation as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. She has completed additional certification in the evaluation of abnormal pap smears including colposcopy.
Sara and her husband, Darin, have three children. She enjoys spending time with family, camping, photography and watching her girls play softball.
